Watermark is rendered using Helvetica Bold (a built-in PDF font). It is applied to every page of the document.
Watermark settings explained
- Text — Any text, e.g. "DRAFT", "CONFIDENTIAL", your company name
- Font size — Controls how large the watermark appears (12–120pt)
- Opacity — Lower values make the watermark more transparent (5–100%)
- Angle — Rotation in degrees (0° = horizontal, 45° = diagonal)
- Color — Any colour via the colour picker
- Position — Centre or any of the four corners
Live preview
The preview box in the right panel shows a rough approximation of how the watermark will look with your current settings. The actual output may look slightly different because PDF page sizes vary.
Limitations
Only Helvetica Bold is supported as the watermark font. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first using the Unlock PDF tool.
