We collect two distinct categories of information — and it is important to understand the difference.

Tool inputs (not collected): Any data you enter or upload — calculator figures, images you convert or compress, PDF files you merge, split, rotate, or process, text you encode, passwords you generate — is handled entirely within your browser. None of it is transmitted to our server or to any third party. We cannot see it. It disappears the moment you close or refresh the page.

Anonymous usage data (collected via Google Analytics): We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. This may include your approximate geographic location (country/city level), browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and how you arrived at the site (e.g. from a search engine). This data is used solely to improve the site and understand which tools are most useful.

Advertising data (future): The site may in future display advertisements through Google AdSense to keep the service free. When/if ads are enabled, Google AdSense may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and browsing behaviour to serve relevant ads. Google's use of advertising data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any information that directly identifies you as an individual.

All tools — financial calculators, health calculators, automotive calculators, image converters, PDF tools, generators, developer utilities, and color tools — run using JavaScript that executes entirely on your device. When you enter a number, upload a file, or paste text, the processing happens locally. Our web server is not involved in processing your inputs or outputs.

This means:

• Your financial figures, health measurements, uploaded images, PDF documents, generated passwords, and any other sensitive data never leave your device.
• We cannot reconstruct what you calculated, converted, generated, or processed.
• Clearing your browser cache or history removes any trace from your device entirely.
• Many tools work offline after the page has loaded — they require no server contact to function.

Nivesly Tools uses cookies set by Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense. None of these cookies contain your calculator inputs, file uploads, financial data, or health data.

Google Analytics cookies:

• _ga — Distinguishes unique visitors. Expires after 2 years.
• _ga_HW9V6THWB5 — Maintains session state for Analytics. Expires after 2 years.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Most modern browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies via Settings → Privacy.

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics. Google may process this data on servers in the United States or other countries. Google Analytics is configured to anonymise IP addresses where required by law. Google's use of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Web advertising (future) — The site may in future use Google AdSense to display advertisements. If and when this is enabled, this section will be updated to reflect the data collected and how you can opt out.

Web hosting provider — The site is served through a standard web hosting provider, which may log server access logs (IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp). These logs are used solely for security and operational purposes and are not shared or sold.

We do not embed social media widgets or any other third-party scripts beyond those listed above.

Nivesly Tools is a general-purpose informational website. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. Because we do not collect personal data from anyone, we do not collect it from children either. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

The most secure data is data we never have. Because Nivesly Tools does not collect or store personal information or tool inputs, there is no database of user data to breach, leak, or be misused. You are the sole custodian of any data you process using our tools.

The website is served over HTTPS, ensuring that the page content and any static assets are transmitted securely between our server and your browser.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Right to opt out of analytics — Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or clear and block cookies in your browser at any time.
• Right to access / deletion — Because Google Analytics data is processed by Google and is not linked to any identifier we directly control, we cannot retrieve or delete a specific individual's data.
