How is age calculated?
Age is calculated by finding the difference between your date of birth and the target date. The calculation accounts for varying month lengths and leap years to give precise years, months, and remaining days. For example, someone born on January 31st would not be considered 1 month older until February 28th (or 29th in a leap year).
What are total days and hours?
Total days is the raw count of calendar days between your birth date and today. Total hours multiplies that by 24. These are calendar-based counts — they don't account for the exact time of day you were born. The average person has lived over 10,000 days by age 27.
